A central hospital emergency service; no 'putting off'; motivated and dedicated staff specialising in critical care; 24 hour residential care.

How is Beds Vets be funded?
A
Beds Vets is funded primarily from emergency fees with some investment from your normal practice.

How can I be sure that the emergency staff that see my pet are qualified and experienced?
A
Beds Vets employs dedicated staff whose sole responsibility is to the emergency cases. Holidays and sickness are covered by appropriate permanent staff and locums.

How do I contact Beds Vets?
A
If you call your normal practice out of hours the call will automatically divert, at no cost the client, to Beds Vets. You can also call Beds Vets directly on 01582 883 013.

What happens to my pet after emergency treatment?
A
They will be transported back to the User Practice on the following working day - or if possible you may collect your pet and take him/her home if they are well enough.
