HOW DO OUR CLIENTS AND PATIENTS BENEFIT?

As part of our service to our clients and patients we aim to provide
the following benefits:

• We will never turn a patient away during our opening hours
• Our staff, vets and nurses, are experienced in emergency treatment
• Our emergency staff only work nights and are therefore able to perform at their best as they do not then have to do a day shift
• Our phones are always manned during opening hours so you will always be able to talk to someone - not just an answer phone
• We are at the centre of the member group so nobody should need to travel an excessive distance
• We provide an ambulance service for those clients who require someone to come out in the middle of the night or to collect pets
• The ambulance is also used to transfer patients from Beds Vets to their local practice after emergency treatment
• Because Beds Vets is a hospital facility you can be sure that your pets are under 24 hour supervision and care
